CiCi's is a pizza buffet located over by Walmart. The food is good and the prices are excellent (about 5 bucks for the entire buffet). The establishment is clean, the workers are friendly. They have great carry-out specials, too.

Can't beat the price, even if the pizza is only so-so. But definitely not bad for $4 for all you can eat. The dessert pizza is the best!

One can only eat so much of this pizza... on a scale of 1-10 the pizza gets a three... but the buffet aspect is kind of nice... except I never want to eat too much of subpar pizza

Next time you eat here, take a look at the cleanliness of the place. It is nasty. If they can't take the time to clean the dining area, are they cleaning the kitchen and food prep area? Whatever you do, don't put your baby in a high chair-they have grime caked on them.
